Para quê simplificar, se é possível complicar? Esta é uma ideologia recorrente quando o objetivo é discorrer sobre um assunto tido como “difícil”. Os economistas são mestres em escrever e falar difícil. A Física, por supostamente exigir um desenvolvimento matemático complexo, também herdou a fama de “ser para poucos”. Este Blog tem por objetivo desmistificar essa idéia de “inacessibilidade” e mostrar que a beleza da matemática embutida na física carrega consigo outro aspecto de grande elegância. Desta forma, é possível usar argumentos estéticos e lógicos para entender as maravilhas da Física Moderna. Assim o grande público poderá entender os fundamentos que estão por trás de todos os avanços cientificos e tecnológicos dos nossos dias.
Why make it complicated if it could be all easy? The economists tend to act in the opposite direction, using complex language to make things difficult. On the other hand Physics is considered difficult and for the “priviledged few” because of a supposedly complex mathematics involved. Our goal here is to show that within the elegant maths involved in physics there are aesthetic and logical arguments for everyone to better understand the beauty behind Modern Physics. Therefore, the general public can appreciate the essence supporting all the scientific and technological issues of the present days.
